Jim Briguglio of Berkshire Hathaway California Properties, based in Palm Springs, California, is a eighteen-year veteran of the real estate industry and has represented clients from all over Southern California. Jim has built a solid foundation of clients in this community through his professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to always putting his client's needs first.
He studied at The University of Pennsylvania, where he received his Ph.D. Degree and afterward began working in Research. Passionate about working with sellers and buyers of real estate, Jim has continued to leverage his know-how and experience to exceed his client's expectations.
Active in the community, Jim is a proud part of The Palm Springs Art Museum, the Local Government Relations Committee, and his local Church, in an effort to help the community, as well as promote art and education. Jim is a firm believer in giving back to his community.
In his free time, Jim Briguglio is an avid hiker, body surfer, and workout enthusiast. Spending time in Newport Beach together with his friends and family is never something Jim takes for granted. Jim feels fortunate to live in a place where he can hike beautiful trails, and enjoy the beach which is only a short drive away.
